Excluding $17 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, of call premium and other finance expenses associated with the March 2015 senior note repayment, the company's adjusted first quarter 2015 net income was $40 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, on net sales of $2.0 billion. Including the finance charges, the company reported first quarter 2015 net income of $31 million, or $0.13 per diluted share.
