AIST Technology Committee Resources
Technology Committee members are charged with identifying meeting agendas; providing chairs for sessions at annual conferences; soliciting and authoring technical papers, developing specialty training conferences and symposia; identifying and authoring technical reports; identifying and coordinating plant tours and roundtable discussions, nominating award recipients, exchanging plant data and benchmarking best practices, and interacting with other industry-affiliated technical organizations.
Technology Committee Guidelines
The Technology Committees were established for the purpose of carrying out AIST's mission of advancing the technical development, production, processing and application of iron and steel.
Technology Division Awards
The AIST Awards and Recognition Program recognizes the active leadership and significant contributions of individuals or companies to AIST and the global iron and steel industry.
Steel Manufacturing Process
AIST has collaborated with Purdue University Calumet — CIVS to create a unique, interactive experience of the steel manufacturing process.
