Tenova I2S to Supply New 20 High Reversing Cold Rolling Mill for Posco AST

29 February 2012 - Tenova I2S has signed a contract with Posco AST to supply a new ZR22STG-52-inch precision 20-High Cluster Mill at the company’s site at Ansan, Korea. The company plans to produce 30,000 tonnes of stainless and bright annealed steel per year at this new facility.

27 February 2012 - ArcelorMittal Ostrava reports that around 500 households in the town of Vratimov, which has a population of nearly 7000 inhabitants, are heated ecologically by its waste heat. As a result, Vratimov was able to shut down all of its boiler stations burning fossil fuels.
