Ltd., both located in Taiyuan, China, have successfully put into operation a new 80-metric-ton duplex RH-TOP plant (Ruhrstahl Heraeus process) supplied by SMS Mevac, and its consortium partner SMS Siemag Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd.
