Registration Information
Registration fees include Monday reception and Tuesday breakfast, lunch, reception, technical presentations, Wednesday breakfast and tour transportation.
AIST Member Rate: US$525
Non-member Rate: US$670
Vendor tabletop display: US$300, add electric US$100.
Sporting Clays Registration: US$125 per person

Sporting Clays Shoot
The Birmingham and Southwest Member Chapters will host a sporting clays shoot at The National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas, on Monday, 18 November beginning at noon. The outing will be a five-stand format, 10 clays per stand. The complex will provide certified instructors, guns (participants are welcome to bring their own), ammunition, eye, and ear protection. No experience necessary! The complex is 25-minute drive from the hotel. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the outing.
Cancellation/Substitution
If you must cancel, please email a notice of cancellation to jliberto@aist.org by 4 November 2024 and a refund will be issued. Cancellations received after 4 November 2024 are non-refundable. If you would like to send a substitute, a new registration form must be completed for that person. Be certain that the membership status is equivalent, or a different rate may apply.
Attention Non-members
Non-member registration fees include membership in AIST through 31 December 2025. Membership is not automatic. A completed membership application must be returned to AIST.
