Registration Information

Advance registration by 8 August 2025: Member US$575, Non-member US$700. Registration after 8 August 2025: Member US$675, Non-member US$800. Registration includes Saturday welcome reception, Sunday continental breakfast and roundtables, plant tour on Monday, continental breakfast, lunch, casino night reception and technical presentations on Tuesday. This is an “off the record” meeting, so no handouts will be given.

Cancellation/Substitution

If you must cancel, please email or fax a notice of cancellation to jblick@aist.org 1.724.814.3026 by 18 August 2025 and a refund will be issued. Cancellations received after 18 August 2025 are non-refundable. If you would like to send a substitute, a new registration form must be faxed for that person, indicating the replaced person on the form. Be certain that the membership status is equivalent or note otherwise. 

Attention Non-members

Non-member registration fees include membership in AIST through 31 December 2026. Membership is not automatic. A completed membership application must be returned to AIST.
