ISSF: Global Stainless Steel Production Up 9% in First Nine Months of 2014

02 January 2015 - The International Stainless Steel Forum (ISSF) has released figures for the first nine months of 2014 showing that stainless steel melt shop production increased by 8.9% year–on–year to 30.9 million metric tons. Production increased in all regions except for Central and Eastern Europe.
