01 September 2014 - The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that the U.S. industry is neither materially injured nor threatened with material injury by reason of imports of grain-oriented electrical steel from Germany, Japan, and Poland that the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined are sold in the United States at less than fair value.
