Commerce Finds Unfair Dumping, Subsidization of Rectangular Pipe from Three Countries
20 June 2008 - The U.S. Department of Commerce has announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty investigations on imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico, P.R. China, and the Republic of Korea, and the countervailing duty investigation of this product from P.R. China.
ITC to Uphold Duties on Wire Rod from Seven Countries
04 June 2008 - The U.S. ITC will uphold the existing countervailing duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Brazil and the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of that product from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, Trinidad and Tobago, and Ukraine; it will revoke the existing antidumping duty order on imports of this product from Canada.
Commerce finds Unfair Dumping, Subsidization of Welded Steel Pipe from China
02 June 2008 - The U.S. Department of Commerce finds that Chinese pipe exports are being dumped at rates ranging from 69.20 to 85.55%, and that Chinese pipe producers are being subsidized at rates ranging from 29.57 to 615.92%.
