14 October 2009 - The U.S. ITC determines that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and terminating the suspended investigations on this product from Russia and Ukraine would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
