For the first quarter of 2015 the Company recorded net income of $3,638,000, or $0.42 per share compared to net income from continuing operations of $2,249,000, or $0.26 per share for the same quarter in the prior year.

The equipment is used to quench and temper oil country tubular grades (OCTG), enabling Borusan Mannesmann to produce a wide range of high quality products for the highly competitive OCTG market. The Baytown facility is a subsidiary of the Turkish steel pipe producer Borusan Mannesmann Bo ru and is the first Turkish owned plant in the United States.
