25 November 2009 - The Department of Commerce announced on November 24 its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation on imports of oil country tubular goods from P.R. China. It found that Chinese producers/exporters of OCTG have received net countervailable subsidies ranging from 10.36 to 15.78%.
