Eisenbahn und Häfen to Merge with ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe
09 May 2011 - Eisenbahn und Häfen GmbH, a major provider of logistics services in the ThyssenKrupp Group, is planned to be merged into parent company ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG in June 2011. The supervisory boards of the two companies have now approved the move.
