In a statement, AUMUND said the conveyor, which is designed to operate at a rate of 500 metric tons per hours, will replace an existing line at Grange Resources Port Latta facility. 

AUMUND said the facility is upgrading – the old conveyor had to undergo a belt change every 40 days, driving up production costs due to the frequent stoppages and the expense of new belts and the labor to change them. 

Commissioning is set for April or May.
