In his newly created role, Vinson will manage Woodings and Munroe’s five manufacturing facilities.

“Bob's extensive background in both manufacturing and operations, combined with his deep technical expertise, will help us achieve increased operational synergy and efficiency that will benefit our customers," said Rob Woodings, president.

"Bob's proven track record of maximizing the utilization of personnel and facilities will result in improved scheduling and delivery.  We also will enhance operational integrity, since Bob will serve as the locus of communication for all of our operations."

Vinson has more than 20 years of leadership experience in industrial machine building, machining and steel fabrication at companies such as Swagelok, Ajax-Ceco, Willoughby Supply and Barth Industries.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University and obtained an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University. He is also certified project management professional and a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
