Wheeling Corrugating President Resigns

Wheeling-Pittsburgh Corp. announced that Steven Sorvold, President of Wheeling Corrugating Co., has resigned from the company, effective July 31, 2007.

Wheeling Corrugating is an operating division of Wheeling Pittsburgh. Wheeling Pittsburgh entered into a merger agreement with Esmark earlier this year, in March.
 
“We also recognize the importance and contribution of this division to the Company's current operations and future growth expectations, and have actively begun the search for a replacement," said Bouchard.
 
Wheeling Corrugating Co., an operating division of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., manufactures fabricated steel products for the construction, agricultural and highway industries.
 
Wheeling-Pittsburgh is a steel company engaged in the making, processing and fabrication of steel and steel products using both integrated and electric arc furnace technology. The company's products include hot- and cold-rolled sheet and coated products such as galvanized, pre-painted and tin mill sheet. The company also produces a variety of steel products including roll-formed corrugated roofing, roof deck, floor deck, bridgeform, and other products used primarily by the construction, highway and agricultural markets.
