Welspun Wins Large Pipe Order
08/19/2020 - Welspun Tubular LLC has received an order for nearly 200 miles of line pipe for the Keystone XL Pipeline, the company has announced.
In a statement, Welspun said it will make the 36-inch pipe at its facility in Arkansas, providing work to more than 500 employees there at least through the beginning of 2021.
“This new order will allow us to operate our Welspun large-diameter pipe mill and continue to provide direct jobs for over 500 workers in Little Rock, Ark.,” said Rusty Fisher, president of the Americas for Welspun.
