Welded Tube Manufacturer Acquiring Ohio Company
07/17/2017 - Ohio-based Phillips Tube Group is acquiring another Ohio welded tube manufacturer and consolidating operations into its current facilities, reports The (Lisbon, Ohio) Morning Journal.
According to the Morning Journal, Phillips Tube will absorb Tubetech North America Inc. and shutter its East Palestine, Ohio, USA, facility.
