Voestalpine Unites Structural Parts Group Within voestalpine Stamptec
09/09/2011 - Voestalpine recently announced the uniting of the Structural Parts Group of its Automotive Division, allowing for better bundling of individual location advantages as well as the positioning of voestalpine Stamptec as a powerful brand name.
Voestalpine recently announced the uniting of group members voestalpine Gutbrod, voestalpine Hügel, voestalpine Dancke, voestalpine Vollmer, Amstutz Levin & Cie and voestalpine Automotive Romania into one company, under the name voestalpine Stamptec.
According to voestalpine, this strong coalition of companies allows for better bundling of individual location advantages as well as the positioning of "voestalpine Stamptec" as a powerful brand name.
"Customers often perceived the wide range of services of our group as a bit of a surprise,” explained Günther Felder, Spokesman of the voestalpine Stamptec Management Board. “Changing our name is an important and necessary foundation for increasing our footprint on the global market and a strong representation as a powerful brand name on increasingly challenging markets.
