The voestalpine coke plant in Linz/Austria has got an oven height of 4.155 m and a total of 5 charging holes - a very special feature of the Austrian plant is the transfer pipe system on the machine side of the plant.
Due to the fact that the coke plant is situated directly in the Linz city center, the SCHALKE engineers have to obey special requirements when it comes to emission control - a challenge - yet also a specialty of its experts and equipment.
Commissioning of the charging car is scheduled to take place in 2014.
