voestalpine AG Names New Press Spokesman
11/09/2011 - voestalpine AG announced the appointment of Peter Felsbach as the Group’s new press spokesman, serving as the Group's central contact for national and international media.
voestalpine AG announced the appointment of Peter Felsbach as the Group’s new press spokesman. In his new role, Felsbach (34) will serve as the Group's central contact for national and international media for communications related to the voestalpine Group.
Felsbach has worked in company and financial communications for the past 12 years, with a focus on public relations. In his most recent position as Unit Leader and Senior Consultant at a Vienna-based PR agency, Felsbach was responsible for the strategic communications of various companies, institutions and public authorities. Previously, he spent several years as head of company communications in eight countries for the business law firm, CHSH, and before that (2004 to 2006) he shared responsibility for corporate communications and investor relations at the Superfund Investment Group.
Felsbach has lectured for years at the Danube University Krems, the University of Vienna and the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences. He attended the Frankfurt Business School and graduated as a Certified Investor Relations Officer. He also studied Communication Science and Sport Science, and has completed post graduate studies in Public Relations at the University of Vienna.
