Varsteel Purchases Herr-Voss Stamco ELT Enhanced Leveling Technology
04/16/2014 - Herr-Voss Stamco recently received an order from Varsteel Ltd. of Lethbridge, Alta., Canada, for an Enhanced Leveling Technology (ELT®) retrofit. This new enhancing leveler will process material up to .500” x 96” wide.
Herr-Voss Stamco’s ELT™ Enhanced Leveling Technology is a superior method for producing stay-flat material during and after post processing by lasers, plasma, and water jet cutting. This technology can be deployed as part of a new cut-to-length line, a compliment to an existing cut-to-length line, or as a stand-alone process with the ability to enhance individual sheets. Enhancing Leveling Technology has proven to be more operationally efficient than current methods while costing considerably less than alternative processes.
