In a statement, Red Bud said the cut-to-length line can process strip up to an inch thick and 96 inches in width, making it one of the largest in North America. 

“The unit was specially designed to remove heavy crossbow in preparation for stretching. In addition, the unit can be opened with the push of a button to allow easy access to the work rolls and backups for cleaning and maintenance,” Red Bud said. 

The stretcher is a 3,000 ton T4 unit that includes a 50-foot stretch bed and Red Bud’s Quick Draw technology. 

The order also included a coil staging and automatic loading system, a dual cone uncoiler, shears and end discharge rollouts.
