Uzbek Metallurgical Plant Orders Ladle Furnace, Vacuum Degasser and Dedusting Plant from Adrem Invest
02/01/2013 - Uzbek Metallurgical plant has ordered from Adrem Invest SRL, an affiliated company of MTAG Technology AG and MTUS Technology Inc., a new 100 ton ladle furnace, vacuum degassing and de-dusting plant.
Uzbek Metallurgical plant in Bekahad, Uzbekistan, has ordered from Adrem Invest SRL, an affiliated company of MTAG Technology AG and MTUS Technology Inc., a new 100 ton ladle furnace, vacuum degassing and de-dusting plant.
Adrem Invest SRL’s scope of supply is a complete turnkey secondary metallurgy system with the latest process control concept. The combination of a ladle furnace and a vacuum degasser will offer an independent secondary metallurgy plant with an enclosed degassing process and an after treatment with wire injection and argon stirring.
Particular attention has been focused on the thermal independency of the ladle furnace and the highly automated equipment to be supplied including a multiple wire feeder, remote controlled argon coupling system and manipulators for automatic sampling and temperature measurement. Process control programs for the secondary metallurgy plant will ensure the quality and production requirements are met.
