Universal Stainless Announces Resignation of Chief Technology Officer

11/02/2010 - Universal Stainless & Alloy Products announced the resignation of Arthur C. Reardon, the company’s Chief Technology Officer, effective October 29, 2010.

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. announced the resignation of Arthur C. Reardon, the company’s Chief Technology Officer, effective October 29, 2010.
 
“We have commenced a search for a new Chief Technology Officer and are very confident in our current technology team and in the Company's ability to address technology issues until the CTO position is filled,” said Dennis M. Oates, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
 
The company said that Reardon had decided to leave the company in order to pursue other interests.
 
Headquartered in Bridgeville, Pa., Universal Stainless & Alloy Products manufactures and markets semi-finished and finished specialty steels, including stainless steel, tool steel and certain other alloyed steels, in a wide variety of grades, widths and gauges.
