Union-Represented Employees at ATI Ladish Forging Ratify New Labor Agreements
10/03/2011 - Allegheny Technologies reports that union-represented employees at ATI Ladish Forging in Cudahy, Wis., have ratified six-year agreements covering approximately 650 employees.
Allegheny Technologies Inc. announced that union-represented employees at ATI Ladish Forging in Cudahy, Wis., ratified six-year agreements covering approximately 650 employees.
Allegheny Technologies acquired Ladish, a manufacturer of highly engineered forgings, castings, and machined components, earlier this year. ATI Ladish Forging specializes in large forgings, in standard and complex shapes. The operation, which maintains concurrent engineering and new product development support, has many of the largest forging resources in the world.
The new agreements for employees at ATI Ladish Forging will take effect as current agreements expire and will extend to 2018 or 2019.
Allegheny Technologies is one of the largest and most diversified specialty metals producers in the world with revenues of approximately $4.7 billion for the last twelve months and approximately 11,300 full-time employees. The company’s products include titanium and titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys and superalloys, grain-oriented electrical steel, stainless and specialty steels, zirconium, hafnium, niobium, tungsten materials, forgings, castings, and fabrication and machining capabilities.
