U.S. Is Vigorously Enforcing Trade Laws, Says Commerce Department Secretary
08/12/2016 - U.S. Commerce Department Secretary Penny Pritzker said that with 161 steel-related trade cases now on the books, the government is fully committed to enforcing trade laws.
“We are cracking down on companies and countries that don't play by the rules in record numbers,” she said, writing in an op-ed for The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer newspaper.
“Through enforcement actions and engagements abroad, this administration is working towards both short-term improvements and long-term solutions to address the challenges facing the steel industry,” Pritzker said.
