Turkey to Impose Its Own Steel Safeguard Measures
10/08/2018 - Turkey is setting a quota on imported steel as trade measures in the U.S. and elsewhere deflect foreign steel into the Turkish market, according to the Reuters news service.
“The measures that have been begun to be applied worldwide ...have triggered an increase of imports of the products concerned into Turkey,” the Turkish government said in a filing with the World Trade Organization, according to Reuters.
