Tube City IMS Announces Executive Appointments

Tube City IMS, LLC announced two executive appointments: Hideto Hata as Director of Outsource Purchasing and Sales for Central and South America, and Jerry Strader as Vice President of Marketing.
 
Hata will work with the company's Raw Material and Optimization Group to generate new business opportunities in Central and South America, according to J. David Aronson, President and Chief Operating Officer, Raw Material and Optimization Group, Tube City IMS.
 
"Hideto is a seasoned executive with a strong track record of success, and we are pleased to welcome him to the team," said Aronson. "Hideto will report directly to Hideyuki 'Nishi' Nishizawa, Managing Director of Asia, who is responsible for developing, managing and expanding the Company's international trading operations from the Singapore trading office."
 
Strader will work with the company's Mill Services Group to generate new business opportunities and enhance the company's leadership position as a premier outsourced steel services provider.
 
"Jerry is a dedicated team leader with extensive experience and a proven track record of success. We are delighted to have him on our team," said Raymond Kalouche, Chief Operating Officer, Tube City IMS.  
 
Prior to joining the company Hata worked in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility for Sojitz Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, Caracas, Venezuela and New York City. He earned his bachelor's degree from International Christian University in Tokyo, and is based at the company's office in New York City.
 
Prior to joining the company Strader worked as Director of Sales and Marketing for a steel bar products company. He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, and is based at the company's office in Horsham, Pa.
