According Tsubaki, Dia-Saw Manufacturing Ltd. began as a manufacturer of shake and shingle mill equipment, but evolved into other products.

“This strategic acquisition allows Tsubaki to further expand its product portfolio to provide an even wider variety of solutions for its customers,” Tsubaki said in a statement.

“The addition of Dia-Saw gives all Tsubaki subsidiaries in North and South America a great advantage by providing an additional manufacturing facility for production, alterations, warehousing and more.”
