TMK Standardizes on Broner MES for its Russian Pipe Mills
04/22/2007 - TMK has standardized on Broner MES technology to improve production monitoring and control at each of its four pipe mills in Russia.
Broner Metals Solutions announced that TMK, Russia, has standardized on Broner MES technology to improve production monitoring and control at each of its four pipe mills in Russia.
As part of a major program to improve the automation of its pipe manufacture, TMK will use the Broner InfoPlus.21 suite of products as the standard MES technology, with implementation by local systems integrators at each of its plants. The Broner MES will be used for a wide range of applications including work execution, work tracking, data acquisition, quality management, and stock management.
The Broner InfoPlus.21 suite of products collects, manipulates, and stores large volumes of process data, which is then made accessible for analysis and reporting by client users, business systems, and production applications. Resulting business solutions lead to improved productivity, increased profits, and enhanced business flexibility.
