TMK IPSCO Proposes Initial Public Offering

12/01/2017 - TMK’s U.S. subsidiary is preparing to go public, announcing Thursday that has filed a preliminary registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

IPSCO Tubulars Inc. said the number of shares to be offered and the price range for those shares haven’t been determined.

The company said it would use proceeds from the sale to pay down debt and for general corporate purposes.
