Timken to Increase Seamless Tubing Prices
04/08/2005 - The Timken Corp. announced it will increase prices on seamless tubular steel products effective with shipments from July 1, 2005 until further notice.

Carbon Tubing will increase 25% for wall thicknesses of 1.75 inches or above, and by 20% for wall thicknesses less than 1.75 inches. Alloy tubing will increase by 12% for wall thicknesses of 1.75 inches or above, and by 8% for wall thicknesses less than 1.75 inches.
Raw material surcharges will remain in effect.
