Timken to Increase Seamless Steel Tubing Prices

July 13, 2006 — The Timken Co. announced it will increase prices by 5% on all carbon and alloy grade tubing products.

The price change will be effective with shipments beginning on August 14, 2006.

The company notes that raw material and fuel surcharges will remain in effect.
