thyssenkrupp Shareholders Want a Tata Deal Done
09/08/2017 - thyssenkrupp shareholders would like to see the company combine its steel unit with Tata Steel’s European strip business by year’s end, reports the Reuters news service.
According to Reuters, shareholders want to see the potential tie-up proceed because of the upside the deal is expected to create.
"If there is a successful tie-up, there is upside of 10% to 20% percent for thyssenkrupp," said a source at one of the company’s largest shareholders.
