Three Designated to ThyssenKrupp Supervisory Board
11/24/2009 - The Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation intends to designate Dr. Gerhard Cromme, Dr. Kersten v. Schenck, and Federal Minister (retd.) Peer Steinbrück to the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG.
The Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation intends to designate Dr. Gerhard Cromme, Dr. Kersten v. Schenck, and Federal Minister (retd.) Peer Steinbrück to the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG.
The foundation is exercising its right of designation under the Articles of Association for the five-year period of office commencing at the close of the Annual General Meeting on January 21, 2010.
In its meeting on November 26, ThyssenKrupp’s Supervisory Board will adopt the agenda for the Annual General Meeting and nominate seven further stockholder representatives to be proposed for election.
