Tetra Tech to Sell
ISG’s Monessen Rail Mill

May 7, 2004 — Tetra Tech CR Industrial Services Inc. recently acquired the Monessen Rail and Beam Mill from International Steel Group.

Tetra Tech CR plans to resell the 430,000 tons/year mill on the open market. The mill is capable of producing finished products ranging from standard rail in various sections and all grades up to 82 feet long, wide flange beams and other structurals, and tie plates.

Tetra Tech CR Industrial Services Inc. is a subsidiary of Tetra Tech Inc., based in Bridgeville, Pa.
