Taylor-Winfield Names New Vice President
02/24/2017 - Ohio-based Taylor-Winfield Technologies. Inc. has promoted Richard A. Gunter to vice president of operations, the company has announced.
In a statement, Taylor-Winfield said Gunter will oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering, purchasing, test & service, project management and plant operations departments. He’ll be tasked with creating short- and long-term plans that support the company’s vision and strategic goals.
“As vice president of operations, Mr. Gunter will lead all production planning and coordination of work flow and related resources to ensure our products are produced efficiently, cost effectively, on time, and achieve or exceed our customer’s expectations,“ the company said.
Gunter holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree from Kettering University in Flint, Mich. Taylor-Winfield manufactures resistance welding, induction heating, material handling and automated assembly systems.
