Tata Steel Might Be Considering Blast Furnace Reline at Welsh Plant
02/13/2018 - Tata Steel reportedly is considering a GBP75 million reline of a blast furnace at its Port Talbot Works in Wales, reports The (London) Telegraph.
According to The Telegraph, the project, the equivalent of US$104.1 million, would extend the life of a plant that has faced an uncertain future.
However, Tata Steel said no decisions have been made.
