Sutor Subsidiary Honored as Environmental Protection Model Enterprise
11/07/2014 - Changshu Huaye Steel Strip Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Sutor Technology Group, was recently honored as a model enterprise for sustainable development and energy conservation by the government of Changshu City, China.
The energy audit and energy conservation plan proposed by Changshu Huaye was recognized by the local government.
At the end of last year, Changshu Huaye carried out energy saving audit work according to the procedures designed by the local government. The purpose was to achieve low carbon emission and promote energy conservation. With active cooperation among all divisions, the energy saving audit work was completed smoothly. Changshu Huaye proposed a feasible energy conservation implementation plan to improve energy savings covering better technology, processes, design and materials.
The successful completion of the energy saving audit work and energy conservation plan for the Twelve-five Year Plan period demonstrated that Sutor had made another progress in becoming an environmentally friendly company. As a three-star energy saving enterprise, Sutor answers the call of the Chinese government for energy conservation and environment protection and makes necessary investment in this regard. The government has recognized the Company's efforts and awarded Sutor the titles of Environmental Protection High-tech Enterprise and Jiangsu Famous Brand.
