Supreme Court Turns Down Challenge to Section 232 Steel Tariffs
03/27/2023 - The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to consider an appeal arising from former President Donald Trump’s Section 232 tariffs on iron and steel, reports the Reuters news service.
According to Reuters, the court won’t hear the challenge to the tariffs brought by a group representing U.S.-based steel importers.
