Steelworkers, ArcelorMittal Get to Work on New Contract
07/24/2018 - Despite the overall health of the steel industry, the United Steelworkers union and ArcelorMittal USA appear to have some difficult bargaining sessions ahead of them as they begin work on a new labor contract, reports The Times newspaper of northwest Indiana.
"Although it is still early in the process, there are some clear differences between this round of bargaining and our 2015 negotiations," the USW said in an update to union members, the newspaper reported.
