Steel Technologies to Expand Operations in Mexico
04/04/2012 - Steel Technologies LLC has secured land in the municipality of Celaya, Mexico, to construct its recently announced flat-rolled steel processing operation. The new 125,000-square-foot facility will be equipped with two slitting lines as well as space for additional equipment.

The new 125,000-square-foot facility will be equipped with two slitting lines as well as space for additional equipment under consideration. Construction is scheduled to begin in April, and the facility is expected to be fully operational by the end of the year.

"The new Celaya operation will expand our geographic reach within Mexico and will complement our strong network of steel processing facilities within the country."
