SSAB Strengthens Partnership With Automotive Components Maker
07/14/2023 - Automotive structural components maker KIRCHHOFF Automotive is elevating its relationship with SSAB with respect to reducing carbon dioxide emissions in its supply chain.
According to SSAB, Kirchhoff is using SSAB’s fossil-free steel in front bumpers.
“KIRCHHOFF Automotive is taking the reduction of carbon emissions seriously and the partnership with SSAB allows us to further accelerate our efforts in bringing CO2-reduced solutions to our customers and on the road. In addition it will contribute to the achievement of KIRCHHOFF Automotive’s sustainability targets,” said Michael Rank, KIRCHHOFF Automotive global executive vice president for procurement.
