In a statement, Solaronics said the deal will augment its portfolio of gas infrared emitters used in the metals processing sector and others.

Combining Solaronics’ and Selas’ high-intensity infrared technologies will create new opportunities for future growth,” said Solaronics’ general manager Yannick Lescanne, who also is chief executive of the heating and drying group for Solaronics’ parent Argynnis Group.
