SMS Siemag Announces Change to its Managing Board
04/17/2013 - SMS Siemag AG announced that Rüdiger Zerbe has, at his own request, left the Managing Board to take on other tasks outside the group.

The Supervisory Board has appointed Harald Rackel as his successor. Mr. Rackel will become a member of the board with effect from 16 April 2013.
Active in the company for more than 25 years, he will in the future be responsible for the Strip Processing Lines, Thermal Process Technology, and Electrics and Automation Division.
