In a statement, SMS group said the new campus will bring together employees from many different business units under one roof. 

‟We see huge growth potential from the interaction of technical service and digital solutions. Our campus will enable us to connect these technologies closely with our product units, bringing together specialists from all over the world to form interdisciplinary teams via virtual infrastructures,” said SMS group chief executive Burkhard Dahmen. 

The campus is to be completed and ready for occupancy sometime in the second half of 2023.
