Severstal Ships Large-Diameter Pipes From Russia to Greece
08/30/2021 - In a statement last week, PAO Severstal said it completed its first delivery of large-diameter pipes from its Izhora Pipe Mill in the St. Petersburg Kolpino District, Russia, to a customer in Greece.
The pipes have a diameter of 1,016 mm and a wall thickness of 12 mm.
"What was interesting about this shipment was that the pipes were delivered directly to the doors of the end customer’s warehouse. We intend to further strengthen our position in the European market by offering our customers a wide variety of additional high-quality services,” said Maksim Starikov, deputy sales director for the Energy Sector for export markets at Severstal.
