03/05/2010 - OAO Severstal has acquired the Lucchini family’s 20.2% stake in Lucchini SpA.
OAO Severstal and the Lucchini family announce that Severstal has acquired the family’s 20.2% stake in Lucchini SpA.
Following the transaction, Severstal now owns 100% of Lucchini SpA.
