Weckes previously worked for induction furnace specialist IAS GmbH, where he was responsible for strengthening order intake and expanding strategic teamwork within the group of companies. Weckes also was employed by MBE Coal & Minerals Technology, where he was responsible for developing its global sales and marketing strategies.
